OUR STORY

Some places are built. Others are collected over a lifetime.

Greenwood Dairy Farms is the result of decades spent chasing stories, preserving history, and finding beauty in things that others might have passed by. What began as a working family farm has grown into something much more—a place where craftsmanship, creativity, and family come together in a way that's impossible to manufacture.

For Tim and Sandra Boonstra, this property has always been about more than buildings and land. It's been a place to raise a family, welcome friends, and pursue a lifelong passion for classic automobiles, vintage treasures, and the kind of craftsmanship that stands the test of time. Tim's love for the automotive world has taken him to countless races, car shows, and restoration projects over the years, and every experience has left its mark here.

Today, that passion is being carried forward by the next generation. Their children, Jeri and Jack are helping shape Greenwood Dairy Farms into a destination where old stories inspire new ones. Together, they're preserving what makes this place special while opening it up for weddings, celebrations, photography, film productions, and unforgettable gatherings.

Nothing here was designed to look perfect. The weathered wood, worn steel, vintage vehicles, and historic buildings all earned their character honestly. Every piece has a history. Every corner has a story. That's what gives Greenwood Dairy Farms a feeling you simply can't recreate on a movie set or build overnight.

Whether you're exchanging vows beneath prairie skies, capturing a once-in-a-lifetime photograph, or producing a commercial or music video, you're stepping into a place that has been shaped by generations of hard work, imagination, and heart.

We're proud to share it with you, and we can't wait to see what story you'll tell here next.
