Map of Greenwood Dairy Farms with labeled buildings and areas, including Main Barn, Green Room, Dead South House, Washrooms, Parking, and areas for cars and trucks. The farm is surrounded by trees and roads.

The Main Barn - “The Shop”

The main floor of the barn is warm, rustic, and full of history. Vintage tools, antiques, reclaimed wood, and carefully curated displays create an atmosphere that feels authentic rather than staged. Every corner has been thoughtfully arranged, offering a backdrop that looks timeless through the lens.

The Main Barn - “The Roadside Saloon”

Upstairs, the barn transforms into a classic roadside saloon. Complete with a stage, professional PA system, beer on tap, and a full sound system, it's equally at home hosting live music, private gatherings, or serving as a one-of-a-kind filming location with vintage charm and character.

The Green Room

The Green Room—better known as the Dope Shack—is a gritty, lived-in hideaway. Equal parts man cave and vintage living room, it's filled with personality, making it an ideal setting for interviews, music videos, lifestyle photography, or a comfortable space for talent between takes.

The Dead South House

Originally used as a simple storage building, the Dead South House was completely transformed into the primary filming location for Butter My Lover by The Dead South. Today, it remains just as it was created for the production—a character-filled home complete with a vintage kitchen, classic furnishings, and an old television with a working VHS player. Full of charm and authentic detail, it offers a unique backdrop for music videos, commercials, narrative productions, and nostalgic photo shoots.

The Cars

With more than 50 vintage vehicles spread throughout the property, Greenwood Dairy Farms offers an unmatched collection of classic cars, trucks, and automotive treasures. From beautifully restored icons to perfectly weathered survivors, every vehicle carries decades of authentic patina and character, creating endless opportunities for photography, film, and creative storytelling.
